8. Custom Orders

Once a custom order is confirmed or moved into production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, manufacturing schedule, customization, order quantity, location, transport availability, and site conditions.
Racks & Rollers shall not be liable for delays caused by transport issues, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, payment delays, incorrect delivery details, site unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Installation
If installation is included in the order, the customer must ensure that the site is ready, accessible, safe, and suitable for installation work. Any civil work, electrical work, floor preparation, permissions, unloading support, lifting equipment, or other site requirements must be arranged by the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Any delay due to site readiness or customer-side issues may result in additional charges.
11. Inspection on Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, wrong item, or delivery-related issue must be reported to us immediately with photos, videos, delivery documents, and order details.
Claims raised after installation, usage, modification, or delay may not be accepted.
12. Use of Products
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and within the specified load capacity and safety guidelines. The customer is responsible for safe usage, regular inspection, maintenance, and compliance with applicable workplace safety standards.
Racks & Rollers shall not be responsible for damage, injury, loss, or failure caused by misuse, overloading, improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modification, poor floor condition, impact damage, or lack of maintenance.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product information, designs, layouts, and other materials, belongs to Racks & Rollers or its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any website content without written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
