Responsibilities:

  1. Should have worked in a factory setup/manufacturing unit and handled installation work like storage structure, racks, shelves.
  2. Should have handled at least 15-20 workers in a day
  3. Should complete the task within the allotted time
  4. Coordinate with the installation Manager and understand the projects specification and carry out the work accordingly.
  5. Coordinate with the Clients and ensure the installation site is clear to carry on the installation work.
  6. Coordinate with the Installation Manager and Project coordinator with respect to getting the project completion certificate signed off where necessary.
  7. Maintain the workers attendance and overtime and share the same with the Installation manager.
  8. Communicate any deviation in the projects to the Installation Manager.
  9. Communicate for any shortage of materials and resources to the Installation Manager in order to carry on the work smoothly.
  10. Assess installation/project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  11. Ensure labour safety is maintained at the site
  12. Provides routine status reports on progress according to project milestones.
  13. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  14. Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.
  15. Performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
  16. Willing to travel across different sites PAN India

Proficient in English, Hindi with good communication skills and can correspond independently

Qualification: B Tech or Equivalent

Responsibilities:

  1. To receive all incoming enquiries coming through telephone, email or mail and attend to it promptly
  2. To make follow-up calls to clients and confirm about their order delivery date and installation start date.
  3. To provide necessary updates about the order status to the clients and to the team internally.
  4. To maintain database of all project installation timelines and completion dates.
  5. To check if material supply is made accurately and confirm on the delivery timelines
  6. Ensure delivery date is met as per the Purchase Order.
  7. Ensure all installation queries and complaints are handled responsibly and report the same to respective Installation Manager.
  8. Ensure all project are completed as per the agreed deadline and necessary project completion certificate is sign off by the client. 
  9. Arrange presentations and supporting material as and when required.
  10. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems if any.
  11. Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production and Installation Team for all project/installation related enquiries as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  1. To receive all incoming enquiries coming through telephone, email or mail and attend to it promptly.
  2. To contact customers and prospects, arrange appointments and to make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery date.
  3. To provide necessary updates about the order status to the customers and to the team internally.
  4. To help sales team improve their productivity and spend more time selling.
  5. To maintain database of all enquiries and sales in a computer system.
  6. Arrange presentations and supporting material as and when required.  
  7. To provide support to logistics functions in handling and booking courier services and maintaining records of the same.
  8. Prepare reports on sales of individual sales representatives, Customers and submit to the management when required.
  9. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  10. Coordinate on payment followup with customers and maintaining record.
  11. Should be able to maintain leads & generate daily/ Monthly Sales Report for the Management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for marketing and providing complete range of product solutions.
  2. Promote initial follow ups for sales prospects of the product.
  3. Project coordination.
  4. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
  5. Cold Calling, Follow up, Technical Data Collection, Technical discussion, Quotation Submission, Negotiation & Closing, Payment follow up, payment collection within due date with repeat order.
  6. Understand technicalities of products required by customer & recommend them suitable equivalent product / solution & communicate them to product development department.
  7. Should be able to maintain leads.
  8. Responding to requirements of Customers & give after sales support when requested.
  9. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  10. Coordinate with the technical and administrative departments.
  11. Maintaining Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Sales Report

Qualification: Graduate from Any Stream/BE Mechanical, MBA Marketing

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for making commercial drawing.
  2. Should have technical knowledge of racking, shelving and automation products.
  3. Client interaction to understand the requirements
  4. Planning and proposing the best suited solutions for the client
  5. Structural calculations for designing the appropriate solution
  6. Ability to make mathematical models to evaluate the stability of the structure using software.
  7. Creation of Bill of Material
  8. Prepare the commercial for the project
  9. Monitor activities of subordinates
  10. Understand technicalities of products required by customer & recommend them suitable equivalent product/solution.

Proficient in English, good communication skills and can correspond independently

Skills Required:

  • CAD Drawing – AutoCAD
  • 2D & 3D component drawing
  • Structural Analysis using software – Ansys, Etab, StaadPro

Desired work experience (in complete years): Industry Experience of 7 years to 10 years
